Shipping and delivery

Every jar is packed by hand in Srinagar and sent out sealed. Here's where we deliver, how long it takes and how to follow your parcel.
In short
- For now we deliver within Jammu & Kashmir only.
- We dispatch within 1–2 working days of payment.
- Delivery usually takes 2–5 days within J&K.
- Shipping is shown at checkout, before you pay.
Where we deliver
For now we deliver within Jammu & Kashmir only. Delivery to the rest of India is coming soon.
We don't ship outside India yet.
Shipping charges
Our jar prices include all taxes. Shipping is charged on top, and you'll see the exact amount at checkout before you pay. Nothing more is collected at your door.
When we dispatch
We pack your order and hand it to the courier within 1–2 working days of your payment.
How long delivery takes

These are usual times. Remote areas can take a little longer.
Winter and snow
In winter, snow can close the Jammu–Srinagar highway, and parcels going in or out of the valley may wait until it opens. If your order is held up, we'll tell you and get it moving as soon as the road is clear.
Tracking your parcel
When your parcel leaves us, we'll send you a tracking link by SMS and email. You can also check your order's status any time at agpickles.com/order.
Getting the address right
Please check your name, full address, PIN code and phone number at checkout, so the courier can find you.
If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we'll refund the price of the jars minus the shipping cost both ways.
Arrived damaged?
If a jar arrives broken or leaking, or something is wrong or missing, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you. See Cancellations, returns and refunds.
